Our opening hours are as follows (excluding French bank holidays):
• From Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm / 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm / 1:30 pm - 3:45 pm
Please note, to place your order by phone you will need the following information:
• the 16 numbers on your bank card;
• the expiry date of your card;
• and the CVC number (the last 3 numbers on the back of your card).
We will also ask you for your 3D Secure password to authenticate and finalise your payment (see What is 3D Secure?).
