IN STORE: As long as you provided your loyalty account email to our staff at checkout, the points earned from your purchases will appear in your account within 48 hours. If your points do not appear in your account after 48 hours, please contact us.
Your points will become fully active 45 days after the purchase date. Until then, your points will be pending. Points expire twelve (12) months after being earned and activated, on a rolling basis.
