We will refund shipping costs (standard delivery or Kiala network delivery) if you return your complete order, and if the returned products conform with the terms of our returns policy (defective items or which do not match the photo). We cannot refund shipping costs if the returned order is not complete. If you have chosen express delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded.
