Due to the new custom rules and additional requirements which came in to effect on 1st January 2021, we are experiencing long delays to our deliveries; we are very sorry for this and any inconvenience this has caused.
Our logistical teams are working around the clock to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Belgium. DPD have confirmed that parcels will start arriving shortly in the UK so we will now be able to start clearing our backlog.
A shipping notification email will be sent you once your order has left our warehouse; this email will include your DPD tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your parcel. Please note that the tracking will be activated as soon as your parcel arrives in the UK.
Please note that once your order is validated and has been packed and ready for transport, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it. If you wish to return your order, we advise you to either return your order by following our return policy or to refuse the delivery of your order so that it is then returned to our warehouse and you will then be refunded.
