Due to the changes in how we prepare your order for shipment, in accordance with the custom regulations, our current estimated delivery time is now approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends and French bank holidays).
A shipping notification email will be sent you once your order has left our warehouse.
This email will include your tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your parcel once it arrives in the UK and has been cleared by UK customs; please that note that it may take up 5 working days for it to be activated. You will not have to pay any customs fees to receive your parcel as we have paid these on your behalf.
